We are the manufacturers of the established Laser 2000 range of slimline radiant convection panel heaters.

The Laser 2000 heaters range have been in the market place for over 10 years.

Where are YTT Laser 2000 Limited?

In Newton Aycliffe, Co. Durham.

What Guarantee comes with the heaters?

All of the Laser 2000 heaters are covered by a 12 months back to factory guarantee. This means that if your heater goes wrong within 12 months of date of purchase, we will arrange to collect the heater (packaging is your responsibility) and aim to repair it (or replace if not repairable) within 14-21 days.

Do you offer out of guarantee warranty?

Yes, we offer an additional 12 or 24 months warranty at a cost of £15 or £20 respectively. This warranty must be taken out within one month of purchase date.

Can we buy direct from you?

Yes, we offer a full mail order service and accept cheques and most major debit and credit cards.

Do you charge carriage?

All prices are fully inclusive of carriage (U.K. Mainland only). For orders requiring delivery off-shore, a surcharge will be added.
