Payment methods

Terms of supply are payment with order. All prices are fully inclusive of delivery, UK mainland only. Delivery will be within 14/21 days from receipt of order. Any transit damages must be reported, in writing, within 3 days of receipt of goods and should be marked on the carriers consignment note at time of accepting delivery. When ordering, please calculate value of heaters required, total cost of carraige and add VAT at current rate (17.5%). We accept most major Debit and Credit Cards. We also accept cheques please make payable to YTT LASER 2000 LIMITED.

Guarantee

Each product is made to BSEN60335-2-30 standards. The range is covered by a 'back to factory' 12 months guarantee from the date of original purchase. This means that in the unlikely event that your heater should develop a fault within 12 months of date of purchase, we will arrange to collect; repair (or replace if the original unit is not repairable) and re-deliver your heater. Our aim is to re-delivery within 14-21 days. Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired free of charge during this period. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or misuse. (It is strongly recommended that all packaging be retained, as it will be the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the heater is packaged securely to avoid transit damage.)

The guarantee will be rendered invalid if the product changes hands or has been damaged by unauthorised use/inexpert repair. The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the instructions contained in the 'Instruction Manual' supplied. YTT Laser 2000 Ltd disclaim any liability for incidental or consequential damage.

This guarantee is in addition to and does not diminish your statutory or legal rights. In addition to the manufacturers Guarantee, for added piece of mind Extended Warranty for a further 12 or 24 months is also available if taken out within one month of date of purchase of a new Laser 2000 heater.

Right to Cancel

You the customer have seven workings days from receipt of the goods to cancel a contract with YTT Laser 2000 Limited. If you should decide to cancel you are required to send a notice of cancellation in writing, including fax or email to YTT Laser 2000 Limited's head office. YTT Laser 2000 Limited will reimburse funds received, less any costs incurred for damages to goods, within a 30 day period. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the notice is postmarked/sent

On cancellation of the contract, you the customer are under a duty of care to restore goods to YTT Laser 2000 Limited and in the mean time take reasonable care of them. In the event of cancellation, the customer must return the goods at the customer's own expense. If the customer fails to return the goods within 7 working days YTT Laser 2000 Limited has the right to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the customer.
